• We guarantee that after our professional moss treatment and prevention service, your roof will remain free from moss, algae, and lichen for a period of three (3) years from the date of service, provided that there are no overhanging trees depositing organics directly onto the property.

3. Home Siding Guarantee

• We offer a one (1) year guarantee on the cleanliness and appearance of your home siding following our soft wash service. This guarantee is contingent on the absence of overhanging trees depositing organics directly onto the property.

4. Clog-Free Gutter Guarantee

• Your gutters will remain free from clogs and blockages for a period of 30 days from the date of our gutter cleaning service. This guarantee is contingent on the absence of overhanging trees depositing organics directly onto the property.

5. Organics-Free Concrete Guarantee

• Following our concrete cleaning service, your concrete surfaces will remain free from organic growth, such as moss or algae, for a period of 180 days, provided that there are no overhanging trees depositing organics directly onto the property.

6. Warranty Conditions and Provisions

• Our guarantees are contingent on the absence of overhanging trees that deposit organics directly onto the property. If such trees exist and contribute to moss, algae, or organic growth on treated surfaces, the warranty may be voided.
• The warranty does not cover damage or issues unrelated to our services, including but not limited to structural damage, leaks, or defects in the roofing material.
• Any damage caused by acts of nature, such as severe storms, hail, or falling debris, is not covered under this warranty.
• Regular maintenance inspections by our qualified technicians may be required to ensure the warranty’s validity. These inspections will be scheduled in advance and will be conducted at no additional cost to you.
